The Beat

Current Events

 

Beat for Peace held our first performance of the 2012 school year.  We walked to the Lantana branch of the Palm Beach County library.  We played Baba Jam, Ribs & Rice & What's Up.  Mrs. Kane, Mrs. King and I are all very proud of our drummers.

Our second performance was at Hispanic Heritage Night at Starlight Cove Title I Elementary.  We were surpised and honored when Mr. Paul Corbiere (the co-founder of Beat for Peace) came to watch us play.  We were totally stoked when he jammed with us in the drum ensemble.  Rock it out!
